Jay-z said he was a “businessman” and was not joking. His net worth is $810 million, and his career has expanded to include sports, artist management and streaming. But the secret of his deception is something you might not have imagined: treatment.
In a recent interview with the New York times, the musician confessed that he had received traditional treatment in addition to the new album. It helped him become a thinker and leader.
I’ve grown a lot from this experience. But I think the most important thing I get is that everything is interconnected, “jay-z said in an interview. When explaining what made her talk show so popular, oprah winfrey explained, “I have to learn to feel and be empathetic… I feel when I’m with you. This not only means that I can walk in your shoes, but my heart beats as well as yours. I see myself in you. She thought she had hosted the show “my biggest therapy” for years.
It is not surprising, then, that treatment and its branches have become more valuable in the typical corporate sector. In a report, the world economy, BBS, predicts that emotional intelligence will be one of the top 10 skills by 2020. Empathy training has become the hottest new trend in the leadership class, and companies offer courses in the hope of getting better results.
