While it’s fun to see Victoria’s secret models walking on the runway, we absolutely love to see them work together. These supermodels are sure to win the genetic lottery, but that doesn’t mean they don’t try to shape their bodies.
Celebrity trainer Michael Blauner works out with Angel Rachel Hilbert, so he knows what the angels need most. POPSUGAR catches up with Michael and asks him what we’ve been thinking about the hot question: what kind of aerobics did he do with Rachel, and what did he suggest to lose weight? The answer may not be your idea.
We have heard a lot about the power of the high-intensity intermittent training (HIIT), we sometimes see VS angel doing the hard training in boxing, but Michael told POPSUGAR he still has another type of heart.

“In theory, a long, low-intensity heart has been considered the best way to lose weight,” he said. “When the body USES oxygen as a source of energy, you can store more of it.” This is also known as the low intensity continuous state (LISS) heart, which is a heart that lasts longer than the typical interval, about 30 to 60 minutes.
This “longer, less intense workout” can produce the best fat burning in the body, says Michael. So don’t rush to make it, and you should consider extending the running time.
Michael said: “I like the quick, intense, high-intensity aerobic exercise that allows your heart system to develop to a higher level. “Then you’ll get the best of both worlds.” It also makes you feel bored during these long hours of aerobic exercise.
So it might be a good idea to mix some LISS courses into a fitness routine, especially if you’re the type of person who sticks to HIIT.
