Stress can definitely affect your health.
Studies show that physical stress causes 83% of health problems that lead to doctor visits. This does not include the negative psychological effects of stress.
But it was a big surprise. The effects of stress health can also be positive!
Exercise, for example, is a useful form of stress. And, in the face of any danger, stress triggers the adrenaline rush that keeps you alert and energetic, so you can protect yourself.
How does stress affect health negatively?
